Leeds United’s academy has been solid at producing talent over the past decade or so.
We’ve seen a number of England internationals come out of Thorp Arch with the likes of Lewis Cook, Fabian Delph and Danny Rose all graduating from the Yorkshire club’s academy through the years.
There may be another future star on the horizon as young defender Nohan Kenneh has been named in Kevin Betsy’s England U17 side.

The defender has certainly earnt his call-up, he’s had a decent season thus far, working his way into Carlos Corberan’s U23 side, who currently sit second in the Professional Development League.
Understandably, a number of United supporters were happy for the teenager as they wished him well and congratulated him after hearing this news.
Others used this as an opportunity to call for Kenneh to get a chance in the first-team.
The defender is just 17 years old, and it may be a bit soon for him to be handed a role in Bielsa’s side, but it’s a testament to his ability that supporters want him to get a go in the senior squad sooner rather than later.
That sentiment was echoed by a further set of supporters, but these were much more specific with where they wanted him to slot into the side, stating that they wanted him to come in for Liam Cooper.
In other news, it may be time for Leeds to drop one man who has started every game this term.
